Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time as your catalog size and try-on traffic change.
What counts as an active product?
An active product is any Shopify jewelry product in your catalog where you have enabled Prism virtual try-on. Products without try-on enabled do not count against your limit.
What happens if I reach the monthly try-on limit?
We will notify you before you reach your limit so you can upgrade to the next tier, or switch to the Scale plan for unlimited monthly try-ons without any disruption to your shoppers.
How does AI background removal and image crop & fit work?
Starting on the Starter plan, Prism automatically extracts jewelry from standard white or studio background product photos and auto-fits them for AR try-on, saving you hours of manual editing.
Do all plans support every jewelry category?
Yes. Earrings, rings, necklaces, and bracelets are supported across all four plans.
Is there a setup fee?
